Bricklayers

A Culture of Inclusion

Through the years of the trades, there have been challenges that we've had to overcome as a society.

Bricklayers

Oftentimes, young people, women, Indigenous people, and new Canadians haven’t seen a fruitful future in the trades, or if they’ve considered it, the positive has been overshadowed by risk.

Local 1 wants to help re-educate our younger generations that the trades are a wonderful career path as well as a safe one.

We build for you

No matter the diversity, we stand together to build a better life
