What an absolutely incredible day with the current class of students with Women Building Futures!!! We were completely blown away by the work ethic, motivation, and skill on display with Women Building Futures and Local 1 Alberta, especially on a one-day event where everyone participating had never even held a trowel before! We look forward to more collaboration with Women Building Futures as we raise awareness and interest in the Bricklayer trade and help forge new and better pathways for women in construction and The Building Trades of Alberta. This was a great event, we can’t wait for the next one!
